Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Orders

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after placement.
  • Additional processing time may occur during holidays and promotional periods.
  • Once orders are submitted, we cannot make changes, combine, or cancel them.
  • Please note: We operate exclusively online. In-store purchases, pickups, or returns are not available.

Damages

  • Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your package.
  • Damaged items must be returned and postmarked within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of delivery.
  • We offer exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not provided.
  • Store credits are issued as an electronic gift card (excluding shipping costs) and will be emailed within 5 business days of processing.

Return Guidelines:

  • Items must have original tags and show no signs of wear, makeup, deodorant stains, alterations, odors (including smoke), or damage.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box. Do not place shipping labels directly on the shoe box.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items:

  • All sale items discounted by 30% or more are final sale. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Personal items (bras, socks, swimwear)
  • Jewelry

If an exchange is requested, we’ll fulfill it if inventory is available. Otherwise, a store credit will be issued.

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or untraceable returns.
