Damages
- Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your package.
- Damaged items must be returned and postmarked within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of delivery.
- We offer exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not provided.
- Store credits are issued as an electronic gift card (excluding shipping costs) and will be emailed within 5 business days of processing.
Return Guidelines:
- Items must have original tags and show no signs of wear, makeup, deodorant stains, alterations, odors (including smoke), or damage.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box. Do not place shipping labels directly on the shoe box.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items:
- All sale items discounted by 30% or more are final sale. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
