For the Christmas/Holiday season, all items discounted more than 20% off are NON-REFUNDABLE and considered FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued for items purchased at a discount greater than 20%.

Damages

• Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your package.
• Damaged items must be returned and postmarked within 7 days of receipt.
• Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of delivery.
• We offer exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not provided.
• Store credits are issued as an electronic gift card (excluding shipping costs) and will be emailed within 5 business days of processing.

Return Guidelines:

• Items must have original tags and show no signs of wear, makeup, deodorant stains, alterations, odors (including smoke), or damage.
• Shoes must be returned in their original box. Do not place shipping labels directly on the shoe box.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items:
